Profile of Husen Suprawinata

Husen Suprawinata is a coach and consultant with more than 20 years practical business experience in the various companies he has been working with. He has been entrusted as the number one person in multinational companies in Indonesia such as ICI Paints and American Standard and was also Chief Operating Office of Catur Sentosa Adiprana, the biggest nation-wide building materials distributor with an annual turnover of almost 3 trillion Rupiah.

He started his career immediately after he graduated from the high school by working in companies during the office hours of the day and took the evening program at Tarumanagara University. Besides the vast experience gained from managing the business, he has passion in leadership and in inspiring, motivating, and developing people. The management teams in those companies he had been with had benefitted immensely from his coaching and mentoring that eventually delivered improved productivity and significant increase of profit

He is now an associate partner and certificed coach and consultant of SMI (Success Motivation Institute founded in 1960 by Paul J. Meyer) in Indonesia and Southeast Asia. He provides management training and coaching to organizations in order to effectively respond to the rapidly changing business environment. He dedicates his time as public speaker in sharing his knowledge and know-how by inspiring, motivating, and developing people to their full potential as he believes that human captial with the right people in it who believe in going above and beyond what they are asked to do, is the most important ingredient to be successful in both business and individual personal life.
